You will need to print 3 copies of your competitor number – two for your number bib and 1 to be displayed in your windscreen for easy check in.
The XC courses are available to walk from 14:00 on Friday.

Dressage tests can be collected from the Information Point in the lorry park near the check in. Dressage tests will only be available once they have been checked out from the scorers. If you leave before they have been
issued you can place a stamped addressed envelope (please ensure you write your competitor number and section on the envelope) in the bin situated at the Information Point or you can e-mail [email protected] and
we
will send you a photo of your test. Rosettes can also be collected from
the Information Point after the end of the section, or by leaving a large SAE.
Rosettes will only be available once the results are final on www.eventingscores.co.uk.
To claim your prize money, please complete this form and email it to [email protected]. All prize money will be paid by BACS and, as per BE rules,
must be claimed by 28th June 2021.
