UPDATE

Following clarification of the Government plan to ease the lockdown
restrictions, we will, as of Wednesday, May 13, reopen some of our
facilities.

As a provider of outdoor sports facilities we are permitted to open our
premises for facility hire, however we are not yet permitted to run
residential camps, clinics or competitions.

Initially the gallop and arena will be open. Arena 1 is for flatwork and
show jumping and Arena 2 is currently set up with cross country fences from
75-100cm including water, banks and ditches. Bookings can only be made and
paid for using our online system at www.pontispool.com. Please remember that
the system will not accept bookings if being made within an hour of arrival
time. Changes and cancellations will not be processed by the system within
24hrs of arrival time. Initially there will be no need to provide a signed
disclaimer as this will be covered when you make the booking by agreeing to
our Terms and Conditions.

The office will not be manned and therefore not open to visitors to the
site. If you need to speak to someone please contact the mobile 07899994420.

All being well we will aim to open the cross country course on grass within
the next two weeks whilst limiting the number of people at any one time

It is absolutely imperative that every person visiting the premises adheres
to the social distancing requirements as per the government quidelines which
can be found at www.gov.uk/coronavirus

We are following the updated government advice, the relevant information
taken from the www.gov website Q&A ‘what you can and can’t do’
(www.gov.uk/government/publications/coronavirus-outbreak-faqs-what-you-can-and-cant-do)
being as follows:

1.3 you can only participate alone, with members of your own household or
with one other person from outside your household while practising social
distancing. You should take particular care whilst using toilets.
1.4 public gatherings of more than two people from different households are
prohibited by law.
1.7 you can travel to outdoor open space irrespective of distance

The South West has currently the lowest number of cases and deaths from
coronavirus to any other region so help us keep it that way.

Please obey the following instructions whilst visiting our premises

1 Do NOT visit the office.
2 Observe social distancing rules at all times and park vehicles with this
in mind
3 Bring you own water for washing off etc.
4 Stables, cabins and the cafe are out of bounds
5 Avoid over challenging yourself or your horse. Respect the NHS.

We look forward to seeing you (from a distance!)
